ANNE WASHBURN

ANNE WASHBURN has been produced or developed by 13P, Actors Theater of Louisville, Cherry Lane Theater, The Civilians, Dixon Place, New York Theater Workshop, The Public, Soho Rep, and the Williamstown Theater Festival. Her work is published in New Downtown Now (Edited by Young Jean Lee and Mac Wellman–University of Minnestota Press) and in Ten Minute Plays for 4,5,6 Actors (Actors Theater of Louisville/Smith & Krause) Her plays include THE COMMUNIST DRACULA PAGEANT, APPARITION, THE LADIES and THE INTERNATIONALIST. THE INTERNATIONALIST was originally mounted by 13P in NYC, has been produced or workshopped in Berlin, Budapest, and Sydney, and was produced bythe Vineyard Theater in the Fall of 2006. Support includes NYU's Goldberg Award, a MacDowell residency, a Cherry Lane mentorship with Craig Lucas, and the Bug n' Bub.
